Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our Website. If you are under 18, you may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our greeting cards as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colors, textures, or details will be identical to the physical product. Minor variations in color due to printing processes or paper stock are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If we are unable to fulfill your order because a product is out of stock after you have paid, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer you a full refund or a substitute product of equal value.

Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed (payment processed and order confirmation sent).

Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. We will notify you and issue a full refund.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes. These codes:

  • Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Apply only to eligible products (exclusions may apply).

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe was made using a fraudulent, expired, or improperly obtained discount code.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

When you place an order on cloverix.shop, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted only when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Violation of these Terms

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order (including taxes and shipping). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

We do not store your full credit card information. Please see our Payment Methods page for more details on security.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by calling +84867980584 during business hours. After 1 hour, your order may have already entered our fulfillment process, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If your order has already been processed, you may return it under our Refund and Return Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping methods, delivery times, and international shipping. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from CLOVERIX LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you when we deliver them to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery to your address.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you request a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the product cost but not the original shipping fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of that policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Refund and Return Policy, the Refund and Return Policy shall control for matters relating to returns and refunds.

Printed greeting cards are physical products. We warrant that our cards will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. However, we do not warrant that the cards will last for any specific period, as longevity depends on storage conditions, handling, and other factors beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CLOVERIX LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Dispute Resolution Process:

  1. Informal Negotiation: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting us at lienphuong84@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

  2. Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Pinellas County, Florida, and shall be conducted in English.

  3. Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court (if eligible) or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
