This form sends an email to our support system and automatically attaches information about your browsing session (such as the page you were viewing), which can help us troubleshoot issues more effectively.

The form asks for:

  • Email address (required)

  • Order number (optional but strongly recommended)

  • Subject (dropdown menu: Order Status, Returns, Product Question, Wholesale, Other)

Frequently Asked Contact Scenarios

To save you time, here are answers to the most common reasons customers reach out to us. If your question is listed, you may find an immediate solution without needing to wait for a reply.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

First, check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. Most of our shipments include tracking. You can paste that number into the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or DHL) to see the latest status. If the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.

  2. Wait an additional 48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  4. If after 3 days you still don’t have the package, email us at lienphuong84@gmail.com with your order number and we will initiate a trace or send a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change the shipping address, card selection, or cancel entirely, please call us immediately at +84867980584 during business hours. If we have not yet printed your packing slip, we can make changes. Once the order enters the “preparing for shipment” stage, modifications are no longer possible. However, you can still return the order after receiving it (see our Return Policy).

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes! We welcome bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, non-profit fundraisers, and retailers. Discounts start at 15% off for orders of 50+ cards and go up to 35% off for 500+ cards. Please email lienphuong84@gmail.com with “WHOLESALE” in the subject line and include:

  • The quantity you need

  • The specific card designs (or a budget for custom designs)

  • Your shipping address

  • Your desired delivery date

A wholesale specialist will reply within 1 business day with a custom quote.

I received a damaged or incorrect card. How do I get a replacement?

We are very sorry if this happened. At CLOVERIX, we take quality control seriously, but mistakes can occasionally occur. Please email lienphuong84@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if possible)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. In many cases, we will also refund your original shipping fee as an apology. You do not need to return the damaged card unless we specifically request it.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

Under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our European customers, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Escalation & Complaints

We strive to resolve every issue on the first contact. However, if you feel that your concern has not been addressed satisfactorily, you may request to speak with a supervisor or escalate to our Customer Experience Manager, Sarah Jenkins.

Our normal business hours are listed above. On the following U.S. holidays, our office is closed, and support will be limited. Email responses may take 24–48 hours.
